Billing Schedule
Electronic bills (eBills) are the exclusive billing method for all Buffalo State student account balances. Paper bills are not mailed. Students should print their QuikPAY statement if needed. All e-billing notifications will be sent to your Buffalo State student email address.
Spring 2021:
Students registered (or with room and/ or meal plan charges) will be billed approximately the week of January 4, 2021 with a bill due date of February 1, 2021. Students who fail to pay their tuition bill (or defer with approved financial aid) by the due date may be assessed $30.00 late payment fee. Billing for new charges after drop/add will occur approximately February 10, 2021 with a due date of March 4, 2021. Note: Non-payment will not cancel registration or liability. Student account information will be posted online and can be accessed 24/7 by logging into Banner. The college reserves the right to cancel registration for returned checks or rejected credit card transactions.The college reserves the right to cancel registration for returned checks or rejected credit card transactions.
Students who are not planning to attend the Spring 2021 semester must drop all registration in Banner prior to February 8, 2021 to avoid financial liability. Please review Spring refunds and financial liability page for further information.

Students with an outstanding balance may expect to receive eBills monthly. Please note, a $30.00 late fee will be assessed monthly with each eBill unless you are enrolled with the college QuikPay Payment Plan.
