New Student and Family Information

The Student Accounts Office is responsible for the billing and collection of student tuition, fees, housing and meal charges for each semester. The office is also responsible for the receipt and disbursement of all student financial aid, including processing refunds from financial aid awards.

Incoming students and their families are welcome to view the tutorial videos below.  In addition to a short orientation video, these videos will help navigate how to:

• View and Pay your account online;
• Add Authorized Payers to the account (this also allows parents/guardians to discuss the student's billing and financial account information);
• Request Book Deferments if the student has excess financial aid;
• Enroll in Direct Deposit for refunds due to the account; and
• Enroll in a Payment Plan.
